These terms govern access to and use of the website at prwavenest.life (the "site"), operated by PR Wave Nest Pte. Ltd. ("PR Wave Nest", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

About the site

The site describes the public-relations and corporate-communications services offered by PR Wave Nest. Content explains our practice areas, ways of working, firm background and contact details. Nothing on the site sells products, collects payments or forms a contract on its own. Professional engagements are entered separately under written scope documents.

No advice and no offer

All material on the site is general information. It is not professional, legal, financial, investment or other regulated advice. You should not rely on site content as a substitute for advice tailored to your circumstances. Descriptions of methodology, deliverables and working cadence illustrate how we operate; they are not promises about outcomes in any particular matter. The "PR Wave Nest" name, wordmark and monogram are our identifiers. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to view and print reasonable extracts for personal or internal reference. Third-party trade marks mentioned in copy belong to their respective owners. Reference does not indicate sponsorship or partnership unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

Third-party links and embeds

We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or data practices. Your use of Google Maps is subject to Google's terms. Availability

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to the site or these terms, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your jurisdiction.

Severability
